The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Keyworker collaborative is designed to prioritise children and young people who are living with a learning disability and/or autism and who have other complex behaviour or mental health needs that could increase their risk of hospitalisation.
Our ethos is to be a team who use strength based and take a trauma-informed and inclusive approach based on the principles of person-centred practice. We put the voices of children, young people and families at the heart of what we do to ensure all our services are accessible and appropriate.
Each month, we host a drop-in session for parents and carers of young people we support. These sessions alternate between Cambridge and Peterborough and are an open space to share experiences and ask our team questions. Keep an eye out for our next date.
We would like to invite the parents & carers of the young people open to us at The Keyworker Collaborative to a safe space to share their experiences and support one another. Our practitioner and co-ordinator will also be on hand for any signposting or questions.
Contact the team via email or get in touch with your keyworker to find out more.
Our seasonal newsletter shares up-to-date information about the collaborative, upcoming events and our wonderful team.
Are you a professional looking to learn more about our service, connect with other professionals, or even present on your own team’s work to the community?
